Important Information

Our service plans will only cover standard boilers, heat boilers, and freestanding boilers. We may offer these service plans to those who do not fit under these categories at our discretion.

(1) Beyond Economical Repair is a classification given to something that would be more expensive to fix over having it replaced. If necessary, our engineers will decide whether your boiler is ‘beyond economical repair’ and eligible to be replaced for a like-for-like, brand new, energy-efficient boiler. It must also meet the following criteria:
– The boiler has been serviced by Groves Gas since taking out the plan and has been serviced every year prior.
– The age of the boiler is less than 8 years old.
– There has been no breach of information provided.

(2) Hot and cold pipes throughout the house that are easily accessible. Cold and hot water storage tanks and cylinders if applicable.
(3) Toilet fill valves and flush mechanism. Accessible internal waste pipe leaks and blockages.

(4) This includes you to a percentage discount if you require our services or work that is not covered by your maintenance agreements and parts or products we sell (depending on reason).

(5) The prices for our maintenance agreements are based on distance. These prices are for customers in our local area up to a maximum of 20 minutes from our offices in Cwmbran. If you are further than 20 minutes away, the monthly rate would be increased. Contact us for more information.
